Registration fees
Registration fees for the symposium participants include the items listed below.
- One year IAGC membership to non members
- Transportation by bus from Québec to La Malbaie on August 30 (duration: 1:45). 2 Departures from INRS building (Institut national de la recherche scientifique), 490, rue de la Couronne, at 15:00 and 16:00)
- Transportation by bus from La Malbaie to Québec Friday September 04 (arrival at INRS building, 490, rue de la Couronne around 19:00)
- Icebreaker reception on Sunday August 30 at 6:00 PM
- All breakfasts, all lunches and 2 dinners
- Mid-symposium field trip, transportation and lunch
- Symposium program and abstract volumes
Registration fees for accompanying guests include the items listed below. Activities are listed in the guests program section. Costs are at the charge of the participants.
- Transportation by bus from Québec to La Malbaie on August 30, and return on Friday September 04.
- Icebreaker reception on on Sunday August 30
- All breakfasts and 2 dinners
- Mid-symposium field trip, transportation and lunch
Please note that accommodation and pre-symposium fieldtrip are not included in the registration fees.
The registration fees do not include insurance for participants. Neither the Manoir Richelieu nor the Organizing Committee are responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or belongings, however caused.

Accommodation fees
- All activities related to the scientific program will be held at the Manoir Richelieu and participants must book their accommodation at this venue.
- The organizing committee has reserved a block of rooms at the Manoir Richelieu. In order to take advantage of the special rates negotiated by the organizing committee, you must use the reservation code "RNAAP".
- Standard rooms are $149 CAN/night (single or double occupancy). Rooms with more features are available at higher rates.
