This research program seeks to evaluate rehabilitation methods using cleansing solutions for soil contaminated with ammunition residues and also examine management strategies involving the addition of adsorbent material for ammunition residues at the soil surface. Work includes laboratory experiments and fieldwork on training areas of some Canadian military bases.
